an original play by Donald MacIntyre
Director: Donald MacIntyre
Synopsis:
3F/3M; all around 30. Each are still young enough to have fun but are starting to look for more substantial relationships. Dressed in contemporary clothing for going out on a date.
Ron: Handsome. Just at the beginning of noticing that his looks are starting to change. Still attractive to women. He is slightly emotional but reserved with it.
Sheila: Attractive. A little reserved about her emotions. She does have her preferences about who she would like to be out with and she is open-minded. But she has seen the less than pleasant side of dating and is hoping for someone more to her liking.
Veronica: Attractive. She has a strong personality and is not afraid to express her emotions. A little vain to the point of hoping to catch a man’s attention. But on her terms. She knows what she wants to see in a man.
Henrietta: Fun loving. She is very much into fashion and her looks. Somewhat free spirited but would like to be by a man’s side on a date. She feels she is all a man could want. She would like to be with a man that is real hunk of a man.
Jack: Somewhat handsome but ‘puts it on’. He feels he is God’s gift to women. He is the vainest of all the characters. However, he does so to impress a woman. However, he feels that if you're not interested in him then you’re not worth a second look. He treats them nicely though but is hoping to find the right lady that will be very interested in his charm.
Stephen: Book worm. Not overly impress with his looks but not bad looking either. He is very straight forward. He looks like he might have been a nerd in school that got laughed at. But now he is doing well and getting the last laugh. His approach is clumsy but he feels he can show a woman a good time
